Beautiful Creatures Light Or Dark Contest

Hey Everyone!

So I just found out about this contest on DA called Beautiful Creatures. I saw the trailer and immediately got an idea for a painting. The contest is over on January 20th so I am really under the wire. I painted this today, and then found out that this contest is only available in the states! UGH! But you know what, I am going to finish this painting anyways. I'm not really sure why contests will do that. I mean there are so many amazing artists all around the world, so why not open it up to everyone? Especially when it is something that is going to represent your brand or movie? I guess maybe it has something to do with laws or something? I dunno, but I think they made a mistake in that decision. So I am going to put my all into this painting and hopefully change there mind for the next contest they put up. Nobody should be left out of an awesome contest because of where they live. Let me know what you think about this!
